Rod Tyson is the Agent Principal for Matrix Music Artists located in the city of Lismore on the North Coast of New South Wales Australia.

For over 30 years Rod has been managing, organizing and owning mid to large businesses and enterprises ranging from textiles to music. Rods knowledge of marketing and business has been extremely successful for both him and his clients; he gets the job done right the first time!

Rod worked as label manager for AIM records in Australia. He coordinated the release of some 40 albums over a 2 year period for worldwide distribution. He was the proprietor and manager of one of Australia's most respected music shops - Rods Collectable Records. Recently Rod was brought in to organize and run one of Australia's premier music award presentations - The Dolphin Awards, for the North Coast Entertainment Industry Association (NCEIA). These awards are specifically aimed at independent music artists.

Rod is a well travelled businessman and he has extensive knowledge of the Asia region. He understands the demands and the culture. Anthony Pidcock has been working solidly in the club and Entertainment business for almost 2 decades. Anthony started out as a radio Dj in his home town of Lismore on 2NCR FM. After moving to Sydney Anthony was resident club Dj in most of the top clubs in Sydney. Apart from working as resident DJ on the pilot radio station RADIO DEX in Sydney Anthony also found time to form the Entertainment company, RAGE which was successful in touring many of the worlds famous DJs / Electronic bands, including Roger Sanchez, Armand Van Helden, Spiller & Supermen Lovers.

With this knowledge in hand Anthony travelled to Asia and worked as Entertainment Director for Rojam Entertainment in Japan and Shanghai. Following on from this Anthony moved to Hong Kong. After 2 years working as the Music Consultant for the Grand Hyatt Hotel he decided to move out and set up his own corporate music service consultancy, Matrix Media Agency. The company has grown from strength to strength and includes clients such as Hyatt, Four Seasons, Monte Blanc, Cartier and many more.

For almost a decade Anthony has been doing business in the SE Asia region and has all the bases covered; understanding the different local cultures and their varied entertainment cravings.
